Choose the inspection that fits your needs

Buyer's Home Inspection

Before purchasing a property.

Buying a home is a major investment, and understanding its condition before making a decision is essential. A pre-purchase home inspection provides an independent assessment of the property's visible condition and major systems, helping you make a more informed decision and avoid unexpected repair costs.

You'll receive a detailed report outlining observed deficiencies, safety concerns, and recommended maintenance to help you better understand the property before completing your purchase.

Seller's Home Inspection

Before listing your home.

Planning to sell your home? A pre-listing home inspection helps you understand your property's condition before putting it on the market. Identifying potential issues early gives you the opportunity to address repairs, prepare for buyer questions, and help make the selling process smoother and more transparent.

You'll receive a detailed report outlining observed deficiencies and recommended maintenance, helping you prepare your home for sale with greater confidence.

Annual Home Inspection

For homeowners.

Regular home inspections help you stay ahead of maintenance needs and identify potential issues before they become costly repairs. An annual home inspection provides a general assessment of your home's condition and major systems, helping you maintain your property, protect its value, and enjoy greater peace of mind.

You'll receive a detailed report outlining observed concerns and recommended maintenance to help keep your home in good condition year-round.

Complimentary With Every Service

Thermal imaging, at no additional cost

Thermal imaging is included with every home inspection at no additional cost. A thermal camera is a non-invasive assessment tool. Using an infrared camera, we identify temperature variations that may indicate potential issues within the home, providing valuable insights beyond what is visible to the naked eye.

Thermal imaging can help identify potential concerns such as:

  • Air leakage and drafts
  • Areas of potential moisture intrusion
  • Possible plumbing leaks
  • Missing or inadequate insulation
Optional Add-Ons

Ancillary inspection services

Additional inspection services are available for an extra fee and can be added to your home inspection upon request.

Radon Screening

Radon is a naturally occurring, invisible, odourless radioactive gas released from soil and rock. Long-term exposure to elevated radon levels increases the risk of lung cancer.

Radon can enter buildings through foundation cracks, floor drains, gaps around pipes, and other openings in contact with the ground. Since it cannot be detected by sight or smell, testing is the only way to determine indoor radon levels and assess potential health risks.

Swimming Pool Inspection

A swimming pool inspection provides a visual assessment of the pool's accessible components and surrounding areas to identify visible concerns and potential safety hazards.

The inspection may include the pool structure, visible plumbing, pumps, filtration equipment, accessible electrical components, pool deck, barriers, gates, and safety features. It helps identify maintenance concerns and potential issues.
