Scanex Inspections Inc. is a professional home inspection company serving homebuyers, sellers and homeowners across GTA and nearby cities.
Buying a home is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. Our job is to take the guesswork out of it. We look closely at the systems and structures that matter most, explain what we find in plain language, and give you a detailed, photo-backed report you can actually use.
Built on thoroughness, honesty and clear communication
Scanex Inspections Inc. was founded by Aagam Patel, a certified home inspector with 5 years of experience in Canadian construction, building trades and inspections. After seeing too many families surprised by costly problems after moving in, we set out to build an inspection company focused on thoroughness, honesty and clear communication.
Today, we bring that same commitment to every home we inspect, whether it's a first condo, a family home or an investment property.
Our mission is simple: to help every client understand the home they are buying, selling or living in. We believe a good inspection doesn't just list problems. It helps you understand them, prioritize them and plan for them.

Hands-on testing
We operate the heating and cooling systems, run water at every fixture, flush every toilet, and test outlets, GFCI and AFCI protection, and the garage door's safety features.

We work for you. Our only goal is to give you an accurate, objective assessment of the home.
